The Process of Searching For and Buying a Home.

As your Realtor, I represent your interests. I want to make the process of finding and buying your new home as comfortable as possible for you. Anytime you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask me.

If you see a sign or a newspaper ad that interests you, please contact me for more information. I have access to the Multiple Listing database from both my home and office, and can respond quickly to your request.

If there is a "For Sale by Owner" you are interested in, I will be glad to get information and set an appointment for us to see it.

Please get pre-approved by a reputable lender; I can offer a list of several. When it comes time to make an offer, being pre-approved will put you in a stronger position.

If you attend an “open house” please let the Realtor know that you are working with me. I will research market information regarding specific homes you are interested in.

When we find the right home, I will provide information and recommendations, but you are the one who will decide how much to offer. I will prepare the offer with you, present it for you and negotiate based on your instructions.

I will give you the names of several home inspectors to select from and I will attend the inspection with you.

When everything has been completed to your satisfaction, I will join you at the closing to ensure a smooth conclusion.
